Problem
Employee benefits education has a lot of flaws: it's time-consuming, it's full of complex technical jargon, and is almost always delivered in a printed format. Most importantly, it often fails to help employees understand and make informed decisions about their benefits.

Solution
A platform that helps brokers and HR teams create simple, stunning digital benefit guides that look great on any device and are in sync with real-time benefit details. Built-in tools make it easy for employees and their families to understand and select the benefits that best fit their needs.

Colors
Brite's brand and product colors were selected to stand out in an industry of bland identities while maintaining strong accessibility and beauty.

Launching a Guide
A Broker emailing a benefit guide link to an HR team and hoping they distribute the guide effectively was kind of crazy. So We developed a set of effective tools to launch a benefits guide: email, text, a simple handout, and a QR code. Our tools doubled employee engagement and significantly boosted employees' confidence in enrolling in their benefits.
Analytics and Engagement
Historically brokers have never used to a tool to help them create better benefit guides. They weren't sure what metrics they needed to improve engagement, or how to use data to make sure a guide was actually being delivered
